Rainy Day Shoot - Stephanie

Chris and I had scheduled an outdoor photo shoot with our dear friend, Stephanie today, but in pure Seattle fashion, right when we were about to meet up, the weather started to turn horribly bad.  It was windy the whole day, but secretly I was hoping it'd calm down.  And then the clouds started to settle in.  Stephanie was kind enough to invite us over for some wine and just hang out at her home, but then we got inspired by how great she looked and by the soft lighting in her living room.  We couldn't help but take some shots.

I think everyone knows one person in their lives that's purely beautiful, but don't realize it.  That's Stephanie!  She was, at first, extremely uncomfortable infront of the camera, but quickly loosened up after Chris started being his silly self.  She's a natural beauty, and clearly the camera loves her but what's best about her is that she's totally fun to be with!  And gents (just in case there's any single guys reading this blog), this girl is single!  I know...how can that be right?   We had to give Steph a rain check for today...and when the weather decides to get its act together (whenever THAT will be), we will take Steph around to a more appropriate location for a real shoot.  But for now...enjoy these:

Spontaneously, Steph decided she wanted to change and get into her rain boots...then head outside in the pouring rain for some outside shots.  See, I told you she was fun!

Stephanie...THANK YOU so much for allowing Chris and I to come into your home for this impromptu shoot.  It was so much fun and we can't wait until we take you out on a wild shoot later!
